Well, I took two weeks off to hopefully find some interesting tracks and perhaps even some inspiration. Well, it looks like I'm gonna have to settle for half of one of those. It seems like one of those months....

Reel 2 Real comes back after a year or so with a new track aptly titled "Are You Ready For Some More?" Well, I was, but now I'm not so certain. It follows the same formula they pummeled on their last album, with the added bonus of being the 100th (that's an estimate ladies and gents) song to sample the siren from DJ Casanova's "Revolution." Kinda lame and uninspired, but I guess it will do well.

go straight to the Chemical Brothers mix. This is one of the hardest mixes they've created, but it still has their signature sound. Very fun indeed... and a must have for any of the Dust/Chemical Brothers fans out there.

Last up is a new track from Dr. Love on

BRONION Cutting entitled "Stay Out All Night." It's

The concept is quite good he speaks in the first person as someone who is stalking the listener. Besides, his voice is quite suited for the task of sounding insane. It sounds just like "Flash" from last summer, but who's gonna notice?

Roach Motel again tries to sound like New Yorkers (they're from the UK dontchaknow) on their new single "The Night." Male vocal house and all of that.... It's rather nice, though (and sounds quite a bit better since it's pressed on import vinyl and not that crap that we settle for here).

an interesting dubby house track that caught my ear in the store for some reason although I'm trying to decide why as I listen to it now. All in all, it's solid and features some interesting builds and percussion effects. Request it and see what I

mean.

Next week I'll speak about some mixtapes that DJ EFX (San Fran) sent me last week. It seems that living in the UK has changed his musical tastes quite a bit.

Until then....

wed, thu hot peppers Dave Clarke looked up caustic in the dicfri, sat eagle tionary and wrote a song about it "No http://users1.ee.net/tgreco Green Velvet also seems to be back One's Driving." Skip the album mix (it's tgreco@ee.net tracking this month with "The Stalker." not bad, but merely overshadowed) and
